• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, design teams, and internal project teams during preconstruction.
• Provide value engineering, cost-saving recommendations, logistics input, and pricing strategy.
• Manage multiple pursuits simultaneously while developing and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships.

Job Summary

A leading commercial General Contractor is hiring Preconstruction Managers / Estimators for full-time, direct hire opportunities in Orlando, FL and Doral, FL. These hands-on roles support large-scale commercial construction projects from early conceptual budgeting through final construction documents, bid coordination, and owner presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead estimates from conceptual design through schematic, design development, and construction document phases.


• Prepare detailed pricing across all commercial construction trades and divisions.


• Manage bid processes, subcontractor coverage, proposal reviews, RFIs, and scope coordination.


• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, design teams, and internal project teams during preconstruction.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $100,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience.


• Job type: Direct hire, full-time.
