Quanta Services, Inc. is seeking an Estimator with 3-5 years of experience in foundation or heavy civil projects to join our team.

This full-time role focuses on developing accurate time, cost, material, and labor estimates for deep pile foundations and heavy civil works, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and field teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6, and strong math, communication,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience estimating deep pile foundations, heavy civil, or foundation-related construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• General knowledge of construction jobsite processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and summarize project requirements for bidding.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for deep pile foundation and heavy civil projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to understand project scope and logistics.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site investigations.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and material pricing based on project scope.
• Maintain cost databases and historical data for future references.
• Assist with project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.

About this Role

R. R. Cassidy, Inc., a leader in deep foundation and heavy civil construction, is seeking a qualified Estimator with 3-5 years of experience in foundation or heavy civilprojectsestimating. This full-time position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proven background in accurately developing estimates for complex construction projects. What You'll Do

• Review and summarize project requirements for bidding
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for deep pile foundation and heavy civil projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to understand project scope andlogistics.
• Participate in project planning meetings and pre-bid conferences.
• Attend pre-bid job walk meetings and conduct site investigations.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and material pricing based on project scope.
• Develop resource-driven project schedules in alignment with clientrequests.
• Develop detailed and advanced estimates geared towards the project requirements.
• Maintain cost databases and historical data for future references.
• Assistwith project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Communicate complex estimate details clearly and effectively.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of experience estimating deep pile foundations, heavy civil, or foundation-related construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• General knowledge and understanding of construction jobsite processes and procedures.
• Experience with construction management software (Procore or similar)
• Experience with Microsoft-related applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
• Proficiencyin scheduling software (such asPrimaveraP6 or similar)
• Proficiencyin estimating software (such as HCSSHeavy Bid, or similar).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and methodologies.
• Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and construction regulations.
• Pass drug and alcohol screening (pre-employment & random).
