• Experience with construction management software and MS Office.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and estimating software; strong understanding of drawings and specifications.

• Maintain cost databases and historical data for future references.

About This Role

R. R. Cassidy, Inc., a leader in deep foundation and heavy civil construction, is seeking a qualified Estimator with 3-5 years of experience in foundation or heavy civil projects estimating. What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years of experience estimating deep pile foundations, heavy civil, or foundation‑related construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management , Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• General knowledge and understanding of construction jobsite processes and procedures.
• Experience with construction management software (Procore or similar)
• Experience with Microsoft‑related applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
• Proficiency in scheduling software (such as Primavera P6 or similar)
• Proficiency in estimating software (such as HCSS Heavy Bid , or similar).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and methodologies.
• Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and construction regulations.
• Pass drug and alcohol screening (pre‑employment & random).
