Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field required.
  • 2–5+ years of engineering or project experience in industrial automation or similar environment preferred.
  • Experience with controls, systems integration, or industrial processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the design, development, and execution of engineering projects from concept through completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project scope, budget, and timelines are met.
  • Develop engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the design and development of engineering systems and project deliverables.
  • Support senior engineers with drafting, documentation, and technical analysis.
  • Participate in site visits, installations, and system testing.
  • Learn and apply industry standards, codes, and engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to problem‑solving efforts and project coordination activities.
