Apply engineering and mathematical fundamentals to solve complex challenges and drive project success. This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 5+ years of experience and 2+ years in leadership, plus AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a leadership role including team development and management.
• Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and design issues.
• Knowledge of installation and construction project scheduling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Design engineering designs, material specs, and project cost estimates; conduct feasibility studies and economic analyses.
• Plan layouts with vendors/contractors; manage schedules and coordinate with plant personnel, vendors and contractors.
• Review consultant work; maintain documentation and vendor contacts.
• Prepare and evaluate proposals; report project status to management.
• Manage contract administration, bid packages; monitor installations within budget.
• Lead and develop a team; foster positive employee experience.
