Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and cost control for complex programs.
• Familiarity with EVMS and MS Project for planning and tracking.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through full lifecycle development.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and development aligned to customer requirements.
• Coordinate resources and capacity with program leadership.
• Manage cost, schedule, quality and technical performance; mitigate variances.
• Develop system documentation: requirements, design artifacts, test plans.
• Ensure system performance and compliance through integration and validation.
• Identify risks and craft mitigation with modeling and agile methods.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, cyber, software, and systems teams.
• Interface with customers, detailing progress, risks, and changes.
