Responsibilities

• Establish schedule, resources, budgets, and tool needs for each project.
• Oversee technical execution within budget and staffing constraints.
• Lead IPTs of Systems, Hardware, and Software Engineers and SMEs.
• Coordinate staffing with Functional Managers; manage CAM/EAC analysis.
• Engage with customers and suppliers; support technical/cost proposals.
