Job summary

Kinetico Incorporated is seeking a Project Engineer to lead product development projects from a technical perspective in Suwanee, GA. You will design components and assemblies with SolidWorks and perform FEA/CFD to ensure performance and manufacturability.

You will develop low-cost prototypes, validate designs, and drive cost reductions with manufacturing and suppliers. This role requires a hands-on, data-driven approach and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical.
• 5+ years of experience designing reliable mass-produced products.
• Experience with water filtration products is a plus.
• SolidWorks experience for 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical product development projects from a design/engineering perspective.
• Develop 2D/3D models and prints using SolidWorks.
• Perform FEA and CFD analyses to ensure manufacturability and performance.
• Develop low-cost proof-of-concept prototypes and conduct testing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to improve cost, yield and scalability.
• Lead design reviews and DFx activities; manage project timelines.
