Job summary

You will drive projects from concept through production, collaborating across engineering, QA, and operations to ensure timely, cost-effective results in the global water filtration business.

Responsibilities include leading minor to moderate projects, validating designs, and supporting new product development and cost reduction initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project management experience on product development projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., NSF/ANSI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects of minor to moderate complexity from concept through production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Apply engineering analysis and design practices for robust, manufacturable filtration products.
• Support R&D, quality, and process engineering through validation and readiness.
