Job summary

KX Technologies LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Product Development Engineer to join the West Haven-based NPD team. Lead engineering projects across new product development, cost reduction, and quality improvement for our global water filtration business.

You will manage projects from concept through production, coordinate cross-functional teams, validate prototypes, and ensure regulatory compliance while targeting on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project management experience on product development projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., NSF/ANSI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept through production across cross-functional teams.
• Manage prototype builds and validate with QA/analytical labs; use data to drive improvements.
• Support stage-gate product development processes and timely project delivery.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and assist with schedules and BOMs.
