Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a project documentation specialist to update and maintain drawings, specifications and logs, and prepare document distributions to subcontractors. You will assist with CPM schedules, labor production quantities, submittals, RFIs, and filing.

The role requires reading plans, basic estimating and scheduling skills, and strong English communication; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree completed or in progress, or equivalent experience.
• Basic estimating and scheduling skills desirable
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
• Effective written and verbal English language communication skills
• Ability to use independent judgment; self-starting
• Drafting and computer skills desirable
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
