Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer for our injection molding manufacturing client in Elkhart, IN.

You will manage new product and tooling launches from concept through production release, oversee mold design, tooling build, mold trials and validation, and coordinate cross‑functional teams. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in injection molding or tooling launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years in new product launches within injection molding or tooling design.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product and tooling launches from concept to production release.
• Collaborate with mold designers on specifications and tooling designs.
• Perform feasibility studies and cost analyses for new projects.
• Prepare quotes and coordinate with tooling vendors.
• Design concepts using CAD; model with SolidWorks.
• Verify moldability and support reverse engineering with simulation tools.
• Troubleshoot issues during development and launch.
