Job summary

JH Kelly is seeking Project Engineers for Boise Operations with two roles: Structural and Mechanical. You will partner with Project Managers and field teams to keep projects on track through scheduling support, cost tracking, documentation, and technical coordination.

Candidates with 3+ years in project engineering or construction coordination, experience with structural or mechanical disciplines, and proficiency with software like Navisworks, Revizto, and Bluebeam are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project engineering, construction coordination, field engineering, or related construction roles.
• Experience supporting structural or mechanical project delivery and coordination with fabricators, subcontractors, design teams, and field supervision.
• Proficiency with RFIs, plans interpretation, and cross-functional communication across design, fabrication, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist scheduling and cost-tracking to keep projects on track.
• Develop and organize field-ready work packages for procurement and installation.
• Provide technical coordination and field engineering support across structural and mechanical scopes.
• Write clear RFIs and resolve design issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, field leadership, and vendors to align work with schedules.
