Job summary

ANF Group, a long-standing South Florida construction firm, is seeking detail-oriented individuals to support project management in RFIs, submittals, permit expediting, documentation control, and close-out activities. The role supports the Project Manager across purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, and coordination with trades to ensure on-time project delivery.

Qualified candidates typically hold a four-year construction-related degree and have internship or cooperative education

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in an accredited construction-related curriculum (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for RFIs and submittal process.
• Be knowledgeable of the permit process and occupancy requirements.
• Oversee the setup of job files, logs, and other documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of purchase orders, subcontracts and change orders.
• Review shop drawings, samples, and catalog data in accordance with plans and specifications and coordination with other trades.
• Prepare, expedite, and monitor logs for tracking shop drawings, contracts, submittals, and RFIs, change orders and related items.
• Check Subcontractors’ applications for payment in coordination with project staff.
• Expedite and document Owner and Architect decisions and approvals.
• Maintain and review status of all project-related correspondence.
• Assist in the management of the punch list process.
• Obtain all closeout materials and coordinate Owner Training and Equipment.
• Assist with starting up and closing out checklists.
• Generate project meeting minutes with the Project Manager.
• Maintain a complete and accurate set of as-builts and related documents.
• Actively participate in post-bid, buyout, and coordination meetings.

BSCE / BSCM / BSAE degree in construction-related curriculum
