Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of effective communication within team and with stakeholders.
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and process requests for information (RFI's).
• Develop and process change orders and relevant documentation.
• Ensure project documentation is processed in a timely manner.
• Review contractor monthly pay applications and verify payment quantities.
• Prepare and review reports and correspondence on project matters.
• Review and process submittals and perform quantity take-offs.
