Job summary

Terra-Gen is a leading renewable energy developer and operator in the United States. The Project Engineer will drive the development lifecycle from Greenfield to turnover, coordinating EPC contracts, engineers, and consultants to deliver utility-scale projects.

The role requires an Electrical Engineering degree and 3+ years in project engineering/design within renewables, with 5-10 years preferred. Travel to project sites, remote or hybrid work options, and strong leadership will be essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Electrical preferred).
• 3 years minimum equivalent work experience in project engineering/design or development, renewable energy; 5-10 years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads development technical due diligence for key projects in the pipeline.
• Selects and manages engineering consultants for development support and EPC Contractor selection for construction activities.
• Develops specifications, diagrams, and other contract exhibits to support EPC contract and other development and implementation activities.
• Oversees engineering during implementation phase, including EPC Contractor selection and coordinating with Owner’s Engineer.
