Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a Project Engineer to support design and development of products and improvements from concept through commercialization. The role is part of the engineering team driving projects from initial design concepts to production.

The position requires strong CAD/CAM proficiency, BOM understanding, and hands-on involvement in process improvements. Travel may be required, with a focus on safety and quality management systems.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (CAD, CATIA, NX, etc.).
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Strong planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and yearly budgets.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software and Microsoft Access.
• Understand Bill of Materials.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and plan improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement meetings with departments.
• Maintain process documentation and work instructions.
