Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil or related engineering discipline.
• Experience managing engineering projects from concept through commissioning and startup preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management: scope, budget, schedule, contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, execution, and startup of capital and expense projects across the mill.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical specs.
• Coordinate engineering activities with stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers.
• Manage timelines and costs, identify and mitigate risks.
• Oversee construction activities ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and performance validation.
