Job summary

Weeks Marine, Inc. in the Northeast region seeks an Operations Manager/Project Engineer to oversee administrative and technical aspects of construction, manage a team of field and cost engineers, and serve as the information conduit between the Project or Construction Manager and the team for cost, revenue and cash flow information.

This role requires relocation/travel as needed, an undergraduate degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 7+ years in construction/engineering, 2+ years

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ work experience in construction or engineering.
• 2+ years' experience managing engineers.
• Ability to read, analyze and identify discrepancies on engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives.
