Job summary

Weeks Marine, Inc. in the Northeast Region (CT, NY, NJ) is seeking an Operations Manager/Project Engineer. The role oversees the administrative and technical aspects of constructing a project and leads a team of field and cost engineers.

You will be the main conduit of information between the Project/Construction Manager and the team for cost and revenue data, requiring strong interpersonal and time management skills. Occasional project leadership may occur on smaller projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years' work experience in construction or engineering.
• 2+ years' experience managing engineers.
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
• Passion for safety and ensuring nobody gets hurt.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
