Job summary

Jobot currently seeks a Project Engineer/Contractor engagement for multifamily construction projects in the Denver area (Denver, Superior, and Aurora). Bring 1+ year of project engineering experience, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, and strong RFP/submittal/change order skills.

You will collaborate with project teams, review plans, monitor compliance, and manage documentation while contributing to a safe, on-schedule delivery across high-profile multifamily developments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in construction project engineering.
  • Experience with RFPs, submittals, and change orders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all project engineering activities, including preparation of RFPs, processing submittals, and managing change orders.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, contracts, and change orders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and address issues.
  • Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on status and addressing concerns.
  • Implement and adhere to all safety and compliance measures.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join our clients team in the multifamily construction sector in Denver, Superior, & Aurora (3 Openings). This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, showcasing your talent and expertise in construction management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project engineering process, from preparing RFPs and processing submittals to managing change orders.
