Qualifications

• College degree in construction management, engineering or related field, preferred.
• Knowledge of building principles, practices and methods, environmental regulations, project management and safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; Procore software preferred.
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and diagrams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Willingness to travel to multiple regional sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist at job site under PM/Site Superintendent.
• Manage submittals and RFIs on projects.
• Review plans to create scopes of work and assist with contracts.
• Maintain project document logs (RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals).
• Support owner/architect meetings and minutes.
• Assist in project closeout, warranties, punch lists.
• Track procurement and deliveries to maintain workflow.
• Attend scheduling and field meetings as required.
