Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for three new multi-family projects located in Hardeeville, SC, Charlotte, NC and Mishawaka, IN.

The role involves planning, organizing and controlling project elements, with onsite supervision and coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in construction management or engineering and strong skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Procore, plus the ability to read plans and manage submittals.

Qualifications

• College degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel/Word/Outlook and Procore software is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on multi-family construction sites with scheduling and RFIs.
• Manage submittals, logs (RFI, submittals, transmittals) and document control.
• Support site crew with material receiving, inventory and unit turn processes.
• Coordinate with owners, architects and contractors on site.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports and maintain records.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance on site and in field office.
