This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage collaboration with developers and customers for digital tool deployments to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, data sources, and infrastructure.
• Understand customer needs, pain points, and expectations through collaboration.
• Analyze customer data to inform deployment and optimization strategies.
• Develop and implement customer feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
