This role involves supporting the successful execution of heavy civil projects, including roadway and highway construction, bridge work, and asphalt paving. Responsibilities include project planning, coordination with field teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, managing documentation, and assisting with cost control and budgeting.

Qualifications include 2-5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, particularly with roadway/highway projects, hands-on experience in asphalt paving, bridge construction, or grading, and a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). Skills in estimating or takeoff are a bonus, and willingness to relocate may be required.
