Job summary

Metcut Research Assoc is seeking an Engineer II – Project (EII-P) in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee day-to-day test program planning, scheduling, and financials, guiding both technical execution and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities include designing fixtures, creating CAD drawings, producing work instructions, and leading teams to deliver solutions within budgets and timelines. A BS in mechanical engineering and 3–5 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CAD Software.
• Ability to lead topic discussions which require acute understanding or specialized knowledge.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test programs with scheduling, technical execution, and finances.
• Produce CAD drawings with proper tolerancing.
• Develop internal work instructions for technicians and machinists.
• Lead groups to define technical solutions.
• Manage contracts, budgets, invoicing, and reports.
