Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience leading technical projects from design through implementation.
• Strong customer-facing and vendor communication experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Experience with food, beverage, dairy, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, packaging, or process equipment preferred.
• Powder/bulk material handling experience is a major plus.
• Autodesk Inventor and/or 3D scanning experience is a plus.

Project Engineer – Manufacturing & Process Equipment

Phoenix, AZ | $90K–$110K+ | Full-Time

We’re partnering with a growing engineering and manufacturing solutions company to hire a Project Engineer who will lead technical projects for food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and other manufacturing customers.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing engineering role, not a back‑office design position. You’ll take ownership of the engineering side of multiple projects, from drawings and equipment selection through RFQs, installation, and startup.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engineering execution across multiple industrial/manufacturing projects
