Coast and Harbor Associates, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer for a manufacturing facility project in southeastern South Carolina. Candidate will assist the Project Manager by reviewing submittals, contractor schedules, and payments, while monitoring progress and changes.

The role requires a degree in engineering or architecture, with preference for candidates in southeastern SC. Five years of Project Engineer experience on large projects and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a Project Engineer.
• Experience on large, complicated building projects.
• Experience on at least one project involving manufacturing facility construction or renovation.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Experience with construction management, estimating, and scheduling software.

Responsabilités

• Review and process submittals and requisitions for payment.
• Review contractor schedule submissions and monitor construction work.
• Evaluate change order proposals and manage small projects assigned by PM.
