Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience managing the design and construction of new or renovated buildings.
• Experience managing projects valued at $15 million or more.
• Experience developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and schedules.
• Providing QA during design and construction.
• Evaluating changes and change orders.
• Using current electronic project management software.
• Collaborating with project owners and presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning and coordination.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and site supervision.
• Manage project closeout and occupancy transition.
