The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering and 3–5 years of project engineering experience in manufacturing, with strong PM skills and leadership ability.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial project engineering role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate milestones and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project phases.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
