Job summary

Monroechamber is seeking a Project Engineer for a Wisconsin operation with responsibility to lead new product introductions from design to production approval.

The role requires collaboration with customers, manufacturing teams, quality, and operations to ensure successful launches and ongoing process improvements. Experience in sheet metal manufacturing and strong project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 1-5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Sheet metal manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting product launches, process development, tooling, or manufacturing engineering projects.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product introduction and manufacturing projects from design through production approval.
• Drive tooling, fixtures, gauging, process development, and production routing activities.
• Collaborate with customers, manufacturing teams, quality, and operations to ensure successful project launches.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Influence manufacturing processes and help optimize world-class investment casting operations.
