Job summary

This role drives technical leadership, oversees salaried staff, and ensures product development aligns with timelines, budgets and customer requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in engineering with leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and a track record of driving cost reduction and process improvements across casting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 5+ years in engineering with NPI experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the NPI Engineering team within Whitehall Casting Operations.
• Coordinate product development with timelines, budgets, and customer standards.
• Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.
• Facilitate transition of technologies into production and ensure quality targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide technical leadership across functions.
• Partner with Program Management and sales to align quotes with material, scrap, and labor costs.
• Develop talent, coach staff, and align engineers with production needs.
