Job summary

Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is partnering with a global manufacturer to identify a Project Engineer for their Wisconsin operation. The role owns projects from concept through production while working with highly engineered components serving aerospace, defense, medical, transportation, and industrial customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 1-5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Sheet metal manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting product launches, process development, tooling, or manufacturing engineering projects.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product introduction and manufacturing projects from design through production approval.
• Drive tooling, fixtures, gauging, process development, and production routing activities.
• Collaborate with customers, manufacturing teams, quality, and operations to ensure successful project launches.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Influence manufacturing processes and help optimize world-class investment casting operations.
