Job summary

Gilbane is seeking a Project Engineer for our Cleveland, OH project teams. You will coordinate project information, manage change processes under the Project Manager, and assist in keeping the project on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management and 4+ years with a large trade contractor or GC. Procore and CMiC experience plus strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4+ years with a large trade contractor or GC.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the change management process under the Project Manager.
• Participates in monthly cost report meetings with meaningful data points.
• Adheres to project controls: monthly cost control, pay requests, cost reporting.
• Expedites material deliveries.
• Reviews shop drawings.
• Mentors less experienced team members.
• Supports a positive and inclusive work environment.
