Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4+ years of experience with a large trade contractor, construction management or GC organization.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Procore and CMiC proficiency.
• Understanding of contract documents and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage change management process under the Project Manager.
• Participate in monthly cost report meetings with data and talking points.
• Adhere to cost control, pay requests and cost reporting procedures.
• Expedite material deliveries.
• Review and evaluate shop drawings.
• Mentor and coach team members.
