Spencer Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and manage on-site construction activities across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards while aligning with contracts and budgets.
The role involves collaboration with field personnel, monitoring schedules, supporting cost tracking and client pay estimates, and negotiating subcontractor agreements. Travel up to 85–90%; Tucson HQ anchored.
