Job summary

Urban Infraconstruction is seeking a Project Manager for our Heavy Civil department to lead infrastructure projects from planning through delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring safety and quality on site.

The role requires a civil engineering/CM background with 5+ years in heavy civil construction, proficiency with PM tools, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a competitive salary and strong bonus and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects.
• Proficient with project management tools and software.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project is completed on time and within budget with high quality and safety.
• Act as primary point of contact for leadership and coordinators.
• Supervise staff in preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure performance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, meeting minutes, records).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• A primary point of contact for leadership and other coordinators throughout the project.
• Supervise employees who work under the controller in preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects.
