Responsibilities

• Lead projects from entitlements to construction completion.
• Navigate permitting entitlements across agencies using local knowledge.
• Develop and implement permitting strategies to meet deadlines for developments and commercial projects.
• Engage in marketing efforts and build relationships with clients and government entities.
• Deliver high-quality projects to ensure client satisfaction and company growth.
