Job summary

RK Industries, LLC is seeking an entry-level project administrator to support our construction and fabrication projects in Denver. You will work under direct supervision and assist with contracts, budgets, documentation, and coordination across multiple teams to ensure timely, compliant project execution.

You will help process submittals, change orders, and procurement, while monitoring costs and safety program adherence.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, non-exempt position with direct supervision.
• Responsibilities are structured and recurring.
• Prior relevant experience is not necessarily required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management tasks as delegated by the Project Manager.
• Manage contracts with owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, field staff, and RK's management system.
• Ensure timely corporate documentation and reports are completed and up to date.
• Negotiate terms and scopes of work for RK contracts and estimate bid proposals.
• Prepare and distribute initial project budget.
• Coordinate and attend in-house pre-construction meetings.
• Ensure permits and licenses are current for projects.
• Coordinate buy-outs and ensure budgets are maintained.
• Oversee submittals, shop drawings, and manuals processing.
• Administer signed subcontract requirements and change orders.
• Assist in CPM scheduling and procurement coordination.
• Monitor costs, hours, and forecasts for projects.
