Job summary

Novaspect, Inc. in Chanhassen, MN, is seeking a Project Engineer to support automation and DCS customers by delivering, maintaining, and optimizing state-of-the-art control solutions. You will work under the project management process, listen to customers, and lead with innovative solutions.

The role emphasizes design reviews, FAT/SAT, startup, training, and collaboration with internal and external teams. Candidates should have a B.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or tech field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–6 years of experience in control system engineering.
• Strong knowledge of process controls standards (Emerson, Novaspect, Industry).
• Certification and training in advanced configuration and Process Controls solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support customers under the Project Management process and develop effective solutions.
• Lead design reviews and ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Implement DeltaV configurations and lead FAT/SAT/SIT engagements.
• Develop project tools, provide operator training, and support startup at customer sites.
• Mentor other engineers and identify opportunities for business development.
