Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management.
• Basic MEP knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• LEED AP Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop industry relationships and expand networks to generate future sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain internal and external project logs.
• Maintain internal and external reports.
• Assist PMs with updating project tasks using RFI, Submittals, Drawing Logs, and related tools.
• Ensure bid documents are sent to bidders and manage the bidders list.
• Maintain current construction documents.
• Process RFIs and submittals; maintain submittal log.
• Support day-to-day project management: pay requests, change orders, contracts, POs, and closeout.
