Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in mechanical, chemical, manufacturing, or related engineering.
• 7+ years of project management/engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Pharmaceutical Facility/Systems and ISPE Baseline Guides.
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team without direct authority.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical facility engineering expertise and manage large-scale projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and provide technical direction.
• Develop detailed specifications and RFQs for A&E firms, contractors, or equipment manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and Project Management Guidelines.
• Contribute to cost reduction, process improvements, and construction projects.
• Maintain engineering documentation per SOPs and quality standards.
