Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA, seeks a Project Engineer II to lead facility engineering projects, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and drive large-scale capital initiatives. You will provide technical direction, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver solutions that support sterile manufacturing excellence.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 3+ years in project management, and strong CAD/PM skills. On-site schedule is Mon-Fri, with competitive wages and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science; Major: Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or similar engineering discipline required.
• 3+ years of project management and/or project engineering required.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint preferred.
• Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Facility/Systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of ISPE Baseline Guides.
• Management of Multi-Disciplinary Team expert.
• Communication with Internal/External customers.
• Mechanical Aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguous and complex situations, influencing outcomes, and driving a multi-disciplinary team without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for facility projects including expansion, upgrades, cost reduction, contract manufacturing, and process improvements.
• Develop expertise in facility engineering, including HVAC, Clean Steam, WFI, electrical, and construction methods.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for facility and processes with local, state, federal, and international agencies.
• Autonomously manage major capital and expense facility projects per Project Management Guidelines.
• Contribute to short- and long-term company objectives defined by upper management.
• Develop detailed specifications and RFQs for A&E firms, contractors, or equipment manufacturers.
• Use engineering documentation systems compliant with regulatory agencies and SOPs/standards.
