ONEOK, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Engineer III in Midland/Dallas, TX to lead execution of medium-capex facility projects within the Natural Gas Gathering & Processing business.

The role emphasizes proactive project delivery, strong stakeholder relationships, and on-time, on-budget performance across cross-functional teams and vendors. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in facilities project management within Midstream or Oil & Gas, with strong communication skills and a track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field is required or preferred.
• Experience in engineering design and criteria for natural gas and/or NGLs in pipeline systems.
• Seven or more years of experience in engineering, operations and/or project management.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, Word or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of medium-capex facility projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and milestone plans.
• Establish and manage contracts and purchase orders in alignment with project scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.
• Prepare project progress reports and manage change orders.
• Perform economic analyses and prepare cost estimates for potential projects.
