Job summary

ONEOK is seeking a Project Engineer III to lead medium-capex facility projects in the Natural Gas Gathering & Processing business. You will manage projects from initiation through closeout, coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors, and drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

The role requires seven or more years of engineering/PM experience in midstream or oil & gas, strong communication, and proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in engineering, operations and/or project management.
• Experience with natural gas and/or NGL pipelines preferred.
• Experience with engineering design criteria and project documentation such as contracts and budgets.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and project management activities for design, procurement, construction, or optimization of assets.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and contracts.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial teams, and 3rd‑party vendors to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Prepare progress reports, change orders, and economic analyses for proposed projects.
