Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an Engineer III for management and project engineering roles in our Springdale facilities.

The position involves conceptualizing projects, preparing estimates, developing layouts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams at both production sites and the corporate level. The candidate will generate specifications, coordinate design work, and support financial viability analyses while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Engineering or equivalent engineering experience.
• Experience: 5+ years’ applicable engineering experience in the food industry; Beef/Pork processing preferred.
• Proficient with SAP, CAD, and MS Office; CAD drafting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize new projects and prepare project estimates.
• Develop layouts and coordinates with business for financial viability.
• Create project schedules and work with跨-functional teams to meet deliverables.
• Interact with operations, engineering, safety, and quality to ensure throughput and quality goals.
