Job summary

PC Construction seeks a Project Engineer II to join our North Carolina Region's Water and Wastewater team. A degree in engineering or construction management and about three years of experience directing, completing, and delivering the financial outcomes of a construction project is required.

You will work closely with the owner, design and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensure timely submittals, and help coordinate subcontractors and schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or construction management
• Around 3 years of experience directing, completing and delivering financial outcomes for construction projects
• Expertise in MEP scopes and broad knowledge of architectural, civil, structural and other commercial construction aspects

Responsibilities

• Assemble and distribute bid packages.
• Obtain scopes of work and quotations from subcontractors and vendors.
• Review design drawings and specifications for issues.
• Generate and process RFIs and submittals.
• Prepare and manage change orders and contracts.
• Maintain contract document logs and project schedules.
