Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is hiring a Project Engineer II to lead facility engineering projects, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and provide technical direction across pharmaceutical systems such as HVAC, Clean Steam, WFI, and associated construction activities.

The role requires a BS in a related engineering field and 3+ years of project experience, with preferred knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or similar engineering.
• 3+ years of project management and/or project engineering.
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Microsoft Project knowledge preferred.
• Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Facility/Systems knowledge preferred.
• Project Management expert.
• Familiar with ISPE Baseline Guides.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers.
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment and facility systems.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, complex situations and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support of engineering facility projects including facility and utility expansion, compliance upgrades, cost reduction, and construction projects.
• Develops specifications and RFQs for A&E firms, contractors or equipment manufacturers.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, federal and international regulatory requirements.
• Manages major capital and expense facility projects per PM guidelines.
