Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or similar engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of project management and/or project engineering experience.
• Experience with facility engineering including HVAC, Clean Steam, WFI and electrical systems.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with internal/external customers.
• Familiarity with ISPE Baseline Guides and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for facility projects including expansion, upgrades, and construction.
• Develop and apply expertise in facility engineering and pharmaceutical systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
• Autonomously manage major capital projects per PM guidelines across departments.
• Prepare detailed specifications and RFQs for external firms and equipment suppliers.
• Create engineering documentation in line with regulatory standards.
