Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of design standards, specs and work processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Facilities, oil and gas, and projects experience; upstream preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in tender development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.
• Coordinate long lead equipment identification and sourcing during early phases.
• Support development of key project deliverables and interaction planning.
• Coordinate project issue resolution and change request activities.
• Ensure assigned work scope is delivered in alignment with project objectives and specifications.
• Act as an interface between the project team and contractor to support effective execution.
• Help ensure smooth transitions between project stages.
• Support the project management team in applying project management processes.
• Provide technical support to the engineering process and review production, malfunction, and maintenance information to address issues.

This role sits within facilities, projects, and oil and gas operations, with upstream experience considered advantageous. The working environment is project-driven and requires coordination across engineering, construction, and project management activities. The position supports delivery through multiple project stages and includes limited travel for Houston-based personnel, estimated at 3 to 4 days per month.

Key Responsibilities
